Melissa Christine Taylor, age 31, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 surrounded by family and friends at City of Hope in Duarte. She was born on August 5, 1986 in Fontana to Steve and Linda Hill. She was the oldest to siblings Kristin and Nicholas. She graduated from West Valley High School in 2005. She attended Mt. San Jacinto College, studying Early Childhood Education. She taught at Kindercare in Temecula for 10 years. This is where she began her journey of compassion, love and dedication to children. She always welcomed every child that entered her life as if they were her own. She was always full of life, happiness and always found a way to put a smile on someone's face. She loved going to the beach with family and friends. She took heart to spending time with her precious nieces, Evelina and Isabella, whom she always felt like a second mother to and would always be there for. She married Kristopher Taylor on Sunday, December 13, 2015 and her life's journey blossomed with joy and adventures that some only dream about. She is survived by her husband Kristopher Taylor; parents Steve and Linda Hill; a sister Kristin Hernandez; brother-in-law Robert Hernandez; brother Nicholas Hill; 2 nieces Evelina and Isabella Hernandez; a grandmother Shirley Fornadley; mother-in-law Belinda Taylor; father-in-law Robert Taylor Jr.; Robert Taylor III, Deontre ; Teshawnda Aubrey; her Godmother Diane Fierro; Aunt Jackie Fierro; Uncle Rick Fierro; Aunt Donna Fierro; Aunt Miriam Tovar Keenan; Aunt Tammy Kruggel; Uncle Bryan Kruggel and many cousins, friends and her precious fur babies.
She always made sure others were taken care of before herself. Others were always her priority. She made sure her parents were comfortable and happy. She only wanted others to be happy and to always get along peacefully.
She will be remembered in all our hearts as a bright shining star over all that she touched. She will forever be our Angel in the sky that follows and guides our way with her wings. She is always going to be remembered by her love for all and by a special daily saying: "I love you to the moon and back."
